Our Process
Discover below the main stages of our product development workflow, designed to take your idea from concept to a refined and manufacturable product.
1. Ideation & Sketching
We explore early directions through quick sketches, form research and clear visual intentions. This phase helps define the concept, align the vision, and build a strong foundation for the next steps.
2. 3D Design
We translate the concept into accurate 3D models to validate proportions, volumes and overall design intent. This step gives a clear and realistic view of the product before moving into detailed engineering.
3. Product Development
We refine the design with a strong focus on functionality, assembly and manufacturability. DFM (Design for manufacturing) principles are applied to optimize the product for production constraints, material choices and technical feasibility.
4. Prototyping
We test and improve the design using digital and physical prototypes. This phase validates ergonomics, performance and overall quality, ensuring the product is ready for production and supplier handoff.
5. Technical drawing
We produce detailed technical drawings to ensure reliable and precise manufacturing. Dimensions, tolerances, materials and assembly requirements are clearly defined to support production without ambiguity.
